About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead sales at our home furniture showroom in Noida.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales, furniture, interiors, home décor, with a proven ability to convert walk-in customers into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle walk-in customers and understand their furniture and interior requirements.
Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences, space and budget.
Generate leads through follow-ups, referrals, architects, interior designers and other channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and close sales.
Track sales performance, leads, conversions and pending follow-ups.
Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, home décor, retail or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of consultative selling and lead conversion.
Presentable, confident and customer-oriented personality.
Strong knowledge of home furniture products, materials, and trends is highly preferred
