Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Sadar. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best shots, and creating polished video content aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include editing video sequences, adding transitions and effects, integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements, and performing color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency. The role also involves collaborating with content creators and other team members to understand project requirements, managing media assets, and preparing final deliverables optimized for various digital platforms. The Video Editor is expected to maintain organized project files, meet deadlines, and proactively suggest creative improvements to enhance overall production quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into engaging, coherent stories.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual style across projects.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance video content and improve viewer engagement.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Good understanding of audio editing basics, file formats, and export settings for social media, web, and other digital platforms.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Sadar within cross-functional teams.
Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is strongly preferred.
