Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Broker at Devi Industries Pvt Ltd. The Insurance Broker will advise clients on insurance products, assess coverage needs, and recommend suitable policies across various lines of insurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, preparing quotes, comparing policy options, and facilitating applications, renewals, and policy changes. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with insurers, assisting with claims-related inquiries, and providing ongoing customer support. The Insurance Broker will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to business growth through proactive client relationship management.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with the ability to analyze policy terms and coverage options.
Solid understanding of Finance, including risk assessment and basic financial planning concepts.
Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
Knowledge of Retirement Planning and the ability to explain long-term savings and protection strategies to clients.
Relevant professional certification or license in insurance brokerage, as required by local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort working remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for managing client information and documentation.
