Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Mathematics Teacher will plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards, using a variety of instructional strategies to support different learning styles. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assigning and assessing student work, and providing constructive feedback to foster growth. The role involves maintaining accurate academic records, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives, participating in parent–teacher meetings, and supporting co-curricular activities that enhance students’ overall learning experience. The teacher is also expected to create an inclusive, safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for K–12 students.
Status as a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certifications or licenses.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Experience teaching mathematics at school level, preferably in CBSE or similar curricula.
Strong classroom management, communication, and student engagement skills.
Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and assessment.
Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and ongoing professional development.
