Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will engage with existing and potential customers to understand their CNC tooling and machining requirements, provide technical recommendations, and present suitable product solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, supporting the sales cycle with technical insights, and responding to customer inquiries with accurate information. The role involves visiting customer sites, coordinating with internal technical teams, tracking opportunities in the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely follow-up to close orders. The Sales Engineer will also provide post-sales technical support, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills for CNC tooling or related industrial products.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Candidates should possess practical Sales skills, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in CNC machining, industrial tools, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site, travel within the Pune Division for client visits, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency with basic office and CRM software, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
