Stone Soup is a Marketing Agency specialising in Brand Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design and Content Creation. Over the last 7 years, we've worked with brands like Belgian Waffle, Dairy Day, Arc by Leela, Vir Das, Aquabum, IMDb, Vir Das, HUL, BuzzBallz, Fireball, Dairy Day, Zivame, and Dot & Key to name a few. We're looking for full-time Social Media Executive/ Senior Executive for our Social Media team based in Mumbai, Lower Parel.
Social Media Executive/ Sr Social Media Executive - 2 years experience
JD:
1. Strategize and optimize content across various social media platforms
2. Content creation & production (including pre-production and post-production
phases)
3. Execute efficient video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage for reels/shorts
4. Make storyboards for shoots and talking points for scripts ensuring a cohesive and
engaging narrative
5. Understanding of Meta ads, encompassing knowledge of creative best practices,
platform best practices, creative referencing, and ad hoc research
6. Creating ads based on research and insights from the performance marketing team
7. Posting & ORM on social media platforms
8. Collaborate with the creative team and conduct copy and design briefs and reviews
9. Live creativity and topical content creation
10. Staying up to date with social media trends
11. Feature in the shoot, if required
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication
2. Time management and process oriented
3. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
4. Thorough understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, and YouTube)
5. Proficient in developing creative and engaging video content for social media
platforms
6. Seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams
7. Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight
deadlines
8. Knowledge of Meta ads and their application
9. Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic workspace culture

Timings: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:30 pm (Fridays are WFH)
