Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, uphold company culture, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating training and development programs, and supervising payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance. The role also involves implementing HR best practices, conducting periodic reviews of HR policies, and providing guidance to managers and team members on HR procedures and people-related decisions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Candidates should possess skills in policy development, HR compliance, and knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess skills in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to support a collaborative work environment.
Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, talent development, and organizational development initiatives.
Candidates should possess skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or other HR technology tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably within real estate, property management, or a related industry.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and a focus on ethical, inclusive HR practices.
