Roles & Responsibilities :
Community Communication & Outreach: Act as a key point of contact for community communication by reaching out to members, partners, speakers, and stakeholders as assigned, ensuring timely and professional coordination.
Social Media & Community Platform Management: Prepare social media content; Own the end-to-end management of WhatsApp and similar communication platforms, including, Creating and structuring groups for different initiatives; Adding and onboarding members; Sharing updates, announcements, and event information; Maintaining group discipline, engagement, and clarity of communication
Community Growth & Engagement: Support community expansion by inviting relevant individuals, nurturing participation, and driving engagement through thoughtful messaging and follow-ups.
Content & Communication Support: Assist in drafting clear and impactful messages, announcements, and updates for community members across campaigns, events, and ongoing initiatives.
Coordination & Execution Support: Support the execution of campaigns, sessions, and initiatives by managing communication flows, reminders, confirmations, and coordination tasks.
People, Culture & Community Experience: Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven community culture through respectful communication and proactive engagement.
Exposure To Flagship Initiatives: Work closely with ongoing initiatives under InteractUp, InteractUp Social, InteractUp Professional, InteractUp International, and associated programs, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world community operations.
Ownership & Reliability: Take complete ownership of assigned communication responsibilities, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accountability.\
Time Commitment: A daily commitment of 2 hours is expected to ensure continuity and effectiveness of community operations.
Terms & Conditions:
A Proof of Work / Experience Letter will be issued upon satisfactory contribution and completion, for verification purposes.
Participants are expected to commit an average of 2 hour per day (remote) for a minimum duration of 91 working days.
A working day is considered complete upon successful completion of at least 1 hour of assigned work.
An additional Leadership Certification may be awarded at the discretion of the leadership team, based on exceptional performance and demonstrated leadership, as per internal evaluation criteria.
