Role Description The Paint Shop Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur Nagar. This role oversees day-to-day operations of the paint shop, including planning and assigning work, monitoring production output, and ensuring that all painting and coating activities meet quality standards and customer specifications. The supervisor is responsible for managing paint and insulation processes, checking surface preparation, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining equipment, materials, and inventory levels. Daily tasks include training and guiding team members, enforcing safety rules, conducting inspections, documenting production and quality data, and resolving operational issues on the shop floor. The Paint Shop Supervisor also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess practical knowledge of paint application processes and coatings used in industrial or fabrication environments.
