Role Description The Plant Supervisor at SMS INFRA is a full-time, on-site role based in Anekal. This role oversees day-to-day plant operations, including monitoring production activities, coordinating workforce schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising equipment usage, supporting preventive maintenance, and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime. The role also involves tracking production outputs, maintaining accurate records, and reporting key performance metrics. Collaboration with logistics, procurement, and management teams is required to meet delivery timelines, optimize resource utilization, and maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong operational supervision skills, including experience managing production workflows, coordinating teams, and enforcing safety procedures.
