Role Description The Sales Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Arantangi. The role involves handling walk-in and dealer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders in coordination with the sales and operations teams. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales and customer records, supporting back-office documentation, and ensuring timely communication with dealers and customers regarding deliveries, payments, and product information. The Sales Office team member will assist in follow-ups for collections, coordinate with logistics for dispatch scheduling, and generate routine sales reports for management. The role also requires contributing to customer service initiatives and supporting local sales promotions and dealer engagement activities.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Experience in back office operations, including documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records.
Customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and provide clear and courteous support.
Sales and sales management exposure, including order processing, follow-up on leads, and coordination with field sales teams.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email tools, and ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Prior experience in industrial or building materials sales support is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline; relevant diploma or certification in sales or office administration is a plus.
