Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based at Maxx Electronics in Hyderabad. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to customers and prospects, provide information about products and services, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to schedule meetings or site visits. The role involves explaining product features, gathering customer feedback, and supporting basic sales and service processes. The Caller is expected to meet call targets, follow communication scripts where needed, and represent the company positively in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Candidates should possess basic sales and follow-up skills, such as lead nurturing, persuasive communication, and handling objections professionally.
Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, updating call logs, and using basic computer tools.
Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in calling, telemarketing, or customer support is an advantage.
Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with CRM or call management systems, ability to work in a target-driven environment, and readiness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
