Role Description This is an on-site Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning Trainer role based in Cuddalore. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on data science, AI, and machine learning concepts tailored to students and early-career professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, creating hands-on projects, conducting lectures and workshops, and guiding learners through practical exercises and real-world case studies. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing feedback, mentoring individuals on career paths, and collaborating with the WeLe team to continuously enhance course content and learning experiences. The trainer will use both traditional and AI-enabled tools to support interactive, learner-centric sessions.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Data Science and Data Analytics, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging ways.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Analytical Skills, including the use of common tools and frameworks to interpret and present data insights.
Solid understanding of Statistics as applied to data science and machine learning, including probability, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning algorithms, tools, and platforms (e.g., Python, relevant libraries, Jupyter, ML frameworks).
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in technical subjects, preferably with students or early-career professionals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage interactive classroom sessions and support diverse learners.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Ability to work on-site in Cuddalore and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine curriculum.
Familiarity with AI-driven learning platforms or edtech environments is an advantage.
