Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Operator role based in Coimbatore. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, adjusting machine settings, and performing basic maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. The role involves inspecting finished parts for accuracy, identifying and correcting deviations, and maintaining production records. The CNC Operator will collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets, follow safety protocols, and support process improvements on the shop floor.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling for producing precision components.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control for inspecting parts and maintaining production standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming parameters and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in a team-based setting.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, production, or related field is beneficial.
