Role Description The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting month-end closing activities, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. The role involves monitoring expenses and revenues, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable regulations. The Finance Executive will analyze financial data to provide insights for management decisions and support internal and external audits with proper documentation. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with hands-on experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Applied Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting business recommendations.
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and practical experience in GST compliance and filings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other finance-related software or ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to work with deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
