Role Description The Production Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based at Well Tech Enterprise’s facility in Across Gujarat. The Production Operator will operate and monitor machinery, follow standardized procedures, and support smooth production line activities to meet daily output targets. This role includes performing basic equipment checks, identifying issues, and coordinating with supervisors or maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The Production Operator is expected to follow safety and quality guidelines, complete production records accurately, and work collaboratively with other team members on the shop floor.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess hands-on skills in machine operation and working on production lines.
Candidates should possess skills related to quality control, including basic inspection and adherence to standards.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and support training activities, including learning new processes and helping peers.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial production is preferred.
Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work area.
Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new machinery and processes.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in a relevant field is an advantage.
