Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist at Jeen Maa Pharmacy. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales performance, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate pharmacy products, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves assisting in inventory management, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, and maintaining records of sales activities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and prescription handling (prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plus)
Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and fostering long-term customer relationships
Proficient in maintaining accurate records, using relevant software/tools, and performing inventory management tasks
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with market trends and the ability to stay updated on new products and developments within the pharmaceutical industry
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
