Role Overview
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the daily execution of retail and commercial fit-out projects. The candidate will coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and labour teams to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.
The role requires frequent travel and temporary stays in different cities across India, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site work according to approved drawings, BOQs and project schedules.
Plan daily and weekly activities to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and interior finishing work.
Manage contractors, vendors and labour teams at the project site.
Monitor work quality, labour productivity and site safety.
Identify potential delays and take timely corrective action.
Plan material requirements and verify materials received at the site.
Check site measurements and completed quantities.
Maintain daily progress reports with photographs and manpower details.
Coordinate with the project manager and client representatives for site updates.
Prepare snag lists and ensure closure before final handover.
Maintain site cleanliness, discipline and proper material storage.
Candidate Requirements
B.Tech in Civil Engineering is compulsory.
2–5 years of experience in retail, commercial interior or fit-out execution.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs and site measurements.
Working knowledge of civil, MEP and interior finishing activities.
Ability to manage fast-track projects and strict deadlines.
Good contractor, vendor and labour-management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel and stay at project locations across India.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel or project-management software is preferred.
