Role Description The Senior Technical Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for providing technical leadership and support across Sagar Biocare’s product lines and key customer segments. Day-to-day tasks include offering technical guidance to clients and distributors, troubleshooting product applications in aquaculture, poultry, and livestock systems, and collaborating with R&D to refine formulations based on field feedback. The role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, training materials, and product documentation, as well as conducting remote consultations, data analysis, and reporting on product performance and market needs. The Senior Technical Executive will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate technical communication, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to new product development initiatives aligned with sustainable farming practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in biotechnology, microbiology, or animal sciences, particularly related to aquaculture, poultry, and livestock health.
Candidates should possess skills in product application support, troubleshooting, and technical consulting for probiotics, microbial cultures, and health supplements.
Candidates should possess abilities in data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate product performance and field trials and to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess communication skills for preparing technical documentation, training content, and presentations for internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess collaboration skills for working effectively with R&D, sales, and marketing teams in a remote environment.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field are highly beneficial.
Experience in technical or field support roles within agritech, biotech, feed additives, or animal health industries, along with familiarity with sustainable farming practices, is preferred.
Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities remotely, and travel occasionally to field locations or client sites when required.
