Role Description The Data Analyst role at Darshneel’s presence is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. In this role, the Data Analyst gathers, cleans, and organizes data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. The position involves analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators, then translating findings into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. The Data Analyst collaborates with business teams to define data requirements, supports decision-making with quantitative insights, and helps optimize processes through data modeling and performance tracking. The role also includes documenting methodologies, maintaining data repositories, and continuously improving analytical tools and practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and practical experience applying statistical methods to real-world data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining complex insights in a clear, concise manner.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, interpret, and maintain structured data models.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), familiarity with databases and SQL, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail is expected.
