About the Role
Looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with strong B2B industrial sales experience to drive business development, customer acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify and acquire new customers in industrial markets
• Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business
• Manage existing customer relationships and conduct regular customer visits
• Handle negotiations, quotations, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality & Dispatch teams for timely order execution
• Develop new markets and expand business across assigned territories
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts, DVRs and MIS reports
• Maintain CRM/customer database and provide regular updates to management
Required Skills

✅ Commercial & pricing knowledge

Candidate Profile
• 4–8 years of experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Pune and surrounding industrial areas
• Existing customer network in manufacturing industries will be an advantage
• Result-oriented and self-motivated professional
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
