Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Mumbai office. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes. The HR Manager will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, handle payroll inputs and benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR documentation. Daily responsibilities include addressing employee queries, managing employee relations, supporting training and development initiatives, and partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs. The role also involves maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
Candidates should possess skills in policy development, HR documentation, and maintaining HRIS or related HR systems.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations effectively.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple HR activities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
