Role Description The Videographer role at COHORTECH CONSULTANCY is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that supports marketing, training, and customer communication initiatives. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand project objectives and visual style. The role involves organizing shoots, setting up equipment, and ensuring proper composition, sound, and lighting for each project. The Videographer will also prepare raw footage for post-production, maintain equipment, and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing sets, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling, ensuring proper framing, focus, and technical settings.
Candidates should possess skills in Lighting and Shooting Video, with the ability to set up and adjust lighting for different environments and concepts.
Relevant experience in editing and post-production workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) is beneficial.
Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs are expected.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
