Application Developer Intern

Role Description As an Application Developer Intern, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications that streamline construction workflows. On a typical day, you will assist with programming tasks, implement front-end components, and help integrate application features with databases and third-party services. You will collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot issues, test new features, and refine application performance and usability. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective time management, clear communication, and regular participation in virtual meetings and code reviews. You will also contribute to documentation, share progress updates, and learn best practices in software development within a startup environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development and Programming.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Databases and data modeling concepts.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Integration between applications, services, and APIs.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
Candidates should ideally be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and basic web development frameworks is beneficial.
