Graphic Designer

Role Description
Megamax Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Offline Graphic Designer to join its Marketing and Branding team in Noida.
The candidate will be responsible primarily for designing and developing print, offline marketing, corporate branding, event, exhibition, packaging, and sales-support materials for Megamax Group and its various business verticals.
The role requires a strong understanding of print design, typography, layout, branding, prepress, production specifications, and visual communication. The designer will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Management, vendors, printers, and other cross-functional teams to convert business and creative briefs into high-quality, production-ready designs.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple brands and business categories while maintaining consistency with the Group's overall visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality corporate brochures, product brochures, flyers, leaflets, catalogues, company profiles, proposals, corporate booklets, and marketing collaterals.
Create designs for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, stalls, backdrops, standees, banners, kiosks, event branding, signage, and other large-format applications.
Design corporate presentations, sales decks, product presentations, proposal covers, reports, and executive communication materials.
Develop packaging, labels, boxes, folders, stationery, merchandise, gift packaging, and promotional materials where required.
Create and refine logos, icons, brand elements, visual identities, and brand extensions for products and businesses within Megamax Group.
Maintain visual consistency across multiple Megamax Group brands, products, and business verticals.
Select and apply appropriate typography, imagery, grids, layouts, colours, and visual hierarchy to create clear and professional communication.
Convert concepts and marketing briefs into effective visual communication suitable for both corporate and customer-facing applications.
Prepare accurate print-ready artwork and production files, including bleed, crop marks, colour profiles, resolution, dimensions, and other prepress requirements.
Coordinate with printers, fabricators, exhibition vendors, signage agencies, packaging vendors, and other production partners when required.
Review printer proofs, colour outputs, materials, dimensions, and production samples before final execution.
Adapt master creatives into different sizes and formats without compromising brand consistency.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting defined timelines and production deadlines.
Incorporate feedback from Marketing, Management, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders while maintaining design quality.
Maintain organized design files, editable source files, brand assets, templates, and artwork archives.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Visual Communication, particularly for offline and print applications.
Excellent understanding of print design, typography, layout, composition, colour, grids, and visual hierarchy.
Strong proficiency in:
CorelDRAW
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Ability to create artwork for different print formats, from small-format stationery and brochures to large-format exhibition graphics.
Good knowledge of CMYK, RGB, Pantone colours, DPI/PPI, bleed, margins, cutting, folding, binding, and print-production specifications.
Experience preparing accurate prepress and print-ready files.
Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate branding, brochures, presentations, packaging, exhibition/event creatives, and other offline design work.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate business requirements into professional visual solutions.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors in alignment, typography, dimensions, colours, and production artwork.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Exhibition stall and event branding
Large-format printing and fabrication
Merchandise and corporate gifting artwork
Understanding of paper, printing finishes, lamination, UV, embossing, foiling, die-cutting, binding, and other finishing processes
Experience coordinating directly with printers, packaging vendors, and fabrication agencies
