Role Description The Experienced OSD Manufacturing Officer will oversee day-to-day operations in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, monitoring batch processes, coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting process deviations, and training team members on standard operating procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baddi, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional departments within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong OSD manufacturing process knowledge, including granulation, blending, compression, and coating.
Candidates should possess skills in GMP compliance, documentation practices, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Candidates should possess abilities in production planning, line supervision, and coordination with quality and maintenance teams.
Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementation of process improvements.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field is preferred.
Prior experience in OSD manufacturing within a pharmaceutical environment is required, with oncology experience considered an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven, on-site setting.
