Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, including planning schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring output to meet quality and delivery targets. The Production Manager coordinates with purchasing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure materials, equipment, and processes support efficient production. Daily responsibilities include supervising production staff, resolving operational issues, enforcing safety standards, and optimizing workflows and resource utilization. The role also involves tracking production metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with leadership regarding performance and capacity.
Qualifications
Experience in production management or operations supervision in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with equipment such as tanks, conveyors, or fans.
Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet throughput, quality, and cost objectives.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance basics, and shop-floor best practices, including safety and compliance.
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in using production tracking tools or ERP systems, with solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree is preferred; additional certifications in production, operations, or quality management are an advantage.
Prior experience working on-site in an industrial or fabrication setting in or around Haveli is beneficial.
