Role Description The NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) professional will be responsible for facilitating learning for early childhood students through age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering classroom instruction, preparing teaching aids, maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment, and monitoring the social, emotional, and cognitive development of learners. The role involves regular communication with parents and guardians, maintaining student records, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum and school events. The NTT will also ensure adherence to school policies, child safety standards, and inclusive practices in the classroom. This is a full-time, on-site role based
in Noida.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience
Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills for maintaining records, planning the teaching schedule, and supporting school events.
Candidates should possess skills in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
Relevant qualifications such as Nursery Teacher Training certification, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent are preferred.
Prior experience working with preschool or early primary learners in a school setting will be beneficial.
Familiarity with activity-based, play-based, and learner-centered teaching methodologies is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate within a team, adapt to school policies, and engage in ongoing professional development is desirable.
