Junior Interior Designer

Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, space plans, and material selections for projects in Pune. This is a full-time role involving active participation in client meetings, site visits, and coordination with vendors and contractors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing mood boards, assisting with FF&E selections, creating and updating drawings, and collaborating on presentations and design documentation. The role also involves maintaining project files, ensuring design standards are followed, and contributing creative ideas that align with client requirements and project budgets. The Junior Interior Designer will work under the guidance of senior designers while progressively taking ownership of assigned project elements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional and visually appealing layouts.
Candidates should possess skills in drafting Drawings to support accurate plans, details, and documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and coordination to ensure cohesive and practical design solutions.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Strong visualization, presentation, and basic 3D rendering skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and time management.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in the Pune Division as part of a project-driven environment.
