CTC: ₹5.5 – 6.5 LPA (depending on experience)
Function: Technical bridge between backend operations and sales/service engineers

Core Skill: SolidWorks 2023 (CAD) — mandatory
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to own CAD modeling, 3D simulation, and technical documentation at the KWI Head Office. The role centers on SolidWorks 2023 — building and evaluating 3D models, running simulations, and producing clear PowerPoint documentation of the results. Equally important, this person acts as the technical bridge between the backend operations team and the sales/service engineers, and supports verification and quality control (QC) of products. It is a primarily office-based role with occasional visits as required.
Key Responsibilities
Build, modify, and evaluate 3D models in SolidWorks 2023 for products and assemblies.
Run 3D simulations and technical evaluations to validate designs and identify potential issues.
Prepare clear PowerPoint documentation and presentations communicating simulation results and design findings.
Serve as the technical point of contact between the backend operations team and the sales/service engineers.
Technical support for Inventory and operation coordination internally and externally.
Perform verification and quality control (QC) of products against specifications and technical requirements.
Support robot simulation activities at the office, using electrical/PLC knowledge where applicable.
Maintain accurate technical records and documentation to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on engineering experience in a relevant technical field.
Strong, demonstrable proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD) — SolidWorks 2023 essential.
Experience with 3D simulation, design evaluation, and technical validation.
Ability to prepare professional technical documentation and presentations (PowerPoint).
Sound understanding of product verification and QC processes.
Good communication skills to coordinate between operations and sales/service teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Electrical engineering knowledge or PLC programming experience.
Exposure to robot simulation in an office/lab environment.
