Role Description This is a full-time Product Management Intern role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the product team in defining requirements, documenting user stories, and contributing to product roadmaps for tools that improve child development outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing data and feedback, and assisting in prioritizing features that address stakeholder needs. The intern will collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical experts to refine product concepts, support testing and rollout, and help monitor product performance. The role also involves preparing product-related presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Product Management and Product Strategy, with interest in building user-centric health-tech solutions.
Solid Analytical Skills and comfort working with data to derive insights, prioritize features, and measure product impact.
Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and present findings effectively.
Experience or coursework in Market Research, including user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, design, healthcare, or a related field.
Interest in pediatric healthcare, digital health, or education technology is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
