📢 WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
👤 Position: Restaurant Manager
💼 Experience: Previous restaurant/F&B management experience is mandatory
📌 Preference: Candidates must be locally based in Lucknow
Key responsibilities :
• Manage the restaurant's daily opening and closing operations.
• Maintain accurate staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and grooming standards.
• Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to staff.
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, service standards, and overall customer experience.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and food wastage, and take necessary corrective action.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure staff follow restaurant SOPs.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager / Restaurant Supervisor
✔ Strong leadership and staff-management skills
✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
✔ Ability to manage daily restaurant operations independently
✔ Knowledge of food hygiene, inventory, wastage control, and customer service
✔ Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism
