Role Description This is a full-time, on-site In-House Trainee role based in Rajasthan, India. The trainee will support day-to-day showroom and workshop operations, including assisting with customer inquiries, learning basic sales and service processes, and helping maintain accurate records and documentation. Responsibilities include shadowing experienced team members, participating in product and process training, and supporting coordination between sales, service, and administrative departments. The role also involves learning to use dealership systems, supporting customer follow-ups, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. Over time, the trainee is expected to develop into an independent team member capable of handling assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Candidates should possess customer service orientation, including a polite demeanor, active listening, and a focus on problem-solving.
Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in business, commerce, automotive, or a related field, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Rajasthan, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to structured training and performance feedback.
Interest in the automotive sector and willingness to learn about Maruti Suzuki products and dealership operations.
