Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vehicle Finance role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves evaluating and processing loan applications for commercial vehicles, cars, and tractors, including reviewing financial documents and determining borrower eligibility as per company policies. The individual will interact with customers and channel partners, explain loan products and terms, and support applicants through the end-to-end onboarding and documentation process. Daily activities include assessing repayment capacity, monitoring portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for timely disbursement. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in underwriting and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including basic understanding of lending products and credit processes.
Candidates should possess the ability to interpret Financial Statements and apply Analytical Skills to assess borrower profiles and repayment capacity.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, collection agents, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of MS Excel or similar tools for data entry, tracking, and simple analysis.
Relevant experience in vehicle finance, retail lending, or NBFC/banking operations is preferred.
A graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred; other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, travel locally as needed, and adhere to regulatory and company policies.
Attention to detail, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
