🚀 Hiring: AI Engineer | 7–10 Years | Pune
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build, integrate, and operationalize enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
🔑 Key Skills
Strong Python with hands-on PyTorch / TensorFlow
Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, LLMs & Generative AI
Hands-on LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs
Experience with MCP & AI Agents
Strong RAG knowledge with FAISS / Pinecone / Weaviate
Experience with Prompt Engineering & PromptOps
AI/LLM Governance, Security & Compliance
Experience with OpenAI / Gemini / Azure OpenAI / Vertex AI
Strong Cloud experience – AWS / Azure / GCP
Hands-on FastAPI / Flask, APIs & Microservices
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git & CI/CD
Strong understanding of AI/ML deployment, monitoring & MLOps
Exposure to Java & cloud application architecture
Knowledge of SOA, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture

SLM / LoRA fine-tuning
Multimodal AI
Knowledge Graphs & Enterprise Search
Fintech / BFSI domain exposure
