Job Description: Digital ERP Planning Senior Functional Expert
This role is ideal for a senior functional consultant ready to step into ERP planning leadership — not just configuring modules, but shaping the global ERP planning strategy and roadmap. You will be the functional expert voice ensuring that digital ERP planning solutions deliver measurable business outcomes across geographies.

Global Supply Chain Planning on SAP S/4HANA.
Scope
1. SAP PP (incl. PP‑ePPDS for advanced production scheduling)
2. SAP MM (Industrial Purchasing)
3. Integrations with advanced planning tools (APS/IBP/APO)
Location
Hyderabad (India), aligned to EU time zone with some US overlap.
Role Mission
As a Digital ERP Planning Senior Functional Expert, you will lead the design, delivery, and optimization of ERP planning solutions that enable efficient, sustainable, and globally scalable supply chain operations. You will act as the functional authority bridging business strategy and ERP capabilities, ensuring SAP S/4HANA planning processes are future‑ready and seamlessly integrated with advanced planning systems.
Responsibilities
1. ERP Planning Architecture: Define and design ERP planning functionalities within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise strategy.
2. Integration Leadership: Drive integration with APS/IBP/APO, ensuring clean master and transactional data flows across planning and execution.
3. Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to ERP planning product strategy and roadmap, aligning with global supply chain transformation goals.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops with planners, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to capture requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
5. Solution Delivery: Provide fit‑for‑purpose ERP solutions that improve supply visibility, inventory control, procurement execution, and fulfillment.
6. Governance & Standards: Ensure ERP planning processes adhere to global standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
1. 7+ years ERP delivery experience with SAP S/4HANA.
2. Strong configuration expertise in SAP PP (incl. PP‑ePPDS) and SAP MM (Industrial Purchasing).
3. Solid background in Supply Chain Planning as MM‑PP expert.
4. Good understanding of SAP SD processes.
5. Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with APS/IBP/APO.
6. Ability to translate functional requirements into technical design and guide delivery teams.
7. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
8. Master’s in IT or Engineering (or equivalent).
