Role Description This is a full-time, on-site banking role based in Sirsa. The role involves serving customers at the branch, handling routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of banking operations. The position includes assessing customer needs, explaining banking products and services, and supporting sales of credit, deposit, and insurance offerings in line with bank policies. Responsibilities also cover basic financial analysis for customer accounts, documentation and compliance checks, and adherence to regulatory and internal risk guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with branch team members to meet service standards, achieve business targets, and maintain a customer-centric environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Credit to support basic financial analysis, lending processes, and product understanding.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and deliver high-quality service.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and related banking products to explain offerings clearly and assist in cross-selling.
Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics) or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment with attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems; prior experience in retail banking or financial services is an advantage.
Strong ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to regulatory and internal policy adherence.
