Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and optimize purchasing processes.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendors.
Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective purchasing and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.
Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies related to IT infrastructure and procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement within the IT infrastructure or system integration industry.
Strong knowledge of IT products, including servers, storage, networking security, and data center solutions.
Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
