We are seeking an experienced Lead Sapiens Solution Architect with strong expertise in Insurance Technology, Sapiens products, business consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale transformation programs.
Required Skills
12-18 years of experience in Insurance Technology
5+ years of hands-on experience with Sapiens CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA, DataSuite, Digital Suite, Decision Management, or Reinsurance Solutions
Deep expertise in Life & Annuities (L&A) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting
Billing & Collections, Customer Servicing
Business Architecture & Functional Architecture
Requirements Engineering & Process Transformation
RFP/RFI Response Management
Solution Design, Estimation & Costing
Executive Stakeholder Management
Large Insurance Transformation Programs
Key Responsibilities
Lead client discovery workshops and advisory engagements
Define target business architecture and solution approach
Drive RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and estimation activities
Perform business process analysis and gap assessments
Design end-to-end insurance business processes and workflows
Lead functional streams during implementation programs
Manage requirements, solution design, UAT, and change management activities
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and business leaders
Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants
Contribute to practice development, accelerators, and best practices
