Role Description: We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Product Photographer based locally in Kerala to lead the visual asset creation for our upcoming brand launch. The ideal candidate will combine technical precision with a sharp eye for minimalist, Scandinavian-inspired design aesthetics.
You will be bringing our artisan, textured paper-wrapped spice containers to life. Your scope of work will encompass two distinct visual styles: creating clean, high-definition e-commerce shots on a pure white background for our storefront, alongside rich, organic lifestyle imagery that elegantly highlights the authentic heritage, premium scale, and dark, wrinkled texture of genuine Kerala Tellicherry peppercorns
Qualifications
Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a portfolio link demonstrating high-end product, commercial, or food packaging photography. (Portraits-only portfolios will not be considered).
Studio Equipment: Access to a professional studio space in Kerala with advanced studio lighting setups (diffusers, softboxes) to handle matte, textured paper wraps without harsh glares.
Macro Photography Capability: Ownership of or access to a high-quality macro lens (e.g., 90mm or 100mm) capable of capturing the fine, wrinkled details of Tellicherry peppercorns.
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for background removal (pure white cuts) and precise colour correction.
Styling & Art Direction: Ability to source minimalist props and arrange organic food/lifestyle compositions based on visual brand guidelines.
Logistics: Ability to safely receive or collect product samples locally within Kerala.
