Project and Site Manger

Role Description The Project and Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing interior and construction projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating daily site activities, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring work quality aligns with design specifications and safety standards. The manager will supervise contractors and vendors, monitor material deliveries, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule. They will liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to communicate project status, align expectations, and ensure a seamless execution of design concepts. Regular site inspections, documentation, and progress reporting are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Experience with expediting and logistics management to ensure timely delivery of materials and coordination of vendors.
Hands-on experience in inspection and quality control on construction or interior fit-out sites.
Ability to work as an effective expeditor, managing follow-ups with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects, preferably in premium or luxury segments.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead site teams and interact with clients professionally.
Proficiency in project management tools and basic understanding of CAD or design documentation is an advantage.
Proven ability to work on-site full time in Jaipur and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
