Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and enforcing product and process quality across manufacturing operations. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Delhi Area, with a mix of on-site work at the facility and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include inspecting materials and finished goods, performing routine tests and measurements, documenting results, and identifying nonconformities. The specialist collaborates with production, engineering, and procurement teams to investigate issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The role also involves maintaining quality records, supporting internal audits, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting in training team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor, test, and verify product and process compliance.
Knowledge of Quality Management principles to support system-level improvements and structured problem solving.
Practical understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure safe, consistent, and compliant manufacturing operations.
Experience with Quality Auditing to assess adherence to standards, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Proficiency in using measurement tools, quality checklists, and basic data analysis for reporting and trend monitoring.
Detail-oriented mindset, strong documentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments is an advantage.
