Role Description The Tennis Coach will provide on-court instruction to individuals and groups, focusing on technique, footwork, strategy, and overall player development. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering training sessions, assessing player progress, and adjusting drills and programs to meet individual needs. The coach will maintain a safe and inclusive training environment, communicate regularly with learners and families, and support academy programs, camps, and events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills, with experience coaching different age groups and skill levels.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with learners and families.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including session planning, drill design, and performance feedback.
Relevant coaching certifications or tennis coaching credentials are beneficial.
Experience playing competitive tennis at club, school, or higher levels is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Strong commitment to player safety, sportsmanship, and an inclusive coaching environment.
