Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Hair Stylist and Barber role located in Kasaragod. The role involves providing barbering and hair styling services, including cutting, trimming, shaving, and grooming for a diverse range of clients, while maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety. The Senior Hair Stylist and Barber will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable styles and treatments, and ensure a professional, comfortable experience. Daily responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining tools and workstations, supporting junior staff through guidance and training, and upholding the company’s customer service and appearance standards. The role also includes collaborating with management to improve services, participating in promotional activities, and helping build a loyal client base.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess advanced skills in haircutting, beard grooming, shaving, and styling for various hair types and textures.
Candidates should possess strong client consultation skills, including the ability to recommend suitable styles and treatments based on individual needs.
Candidates should possess knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices in a salon or barber shop environment.
Candidates should possess good time management and appointment handling skills, with the ability to manage a steady client flow.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver courteous and inclusive customer service.
Candidates should possess mentoring or leadership abilities to guide junior stylists or barbers when needed.
Relevant professional certification or training in hairdressing or barbering is preferred.
