Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Karol Bagh. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a sales team to achieve health insurance sales targets, drive new customer acquisition, and deepen relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include planning and executing local sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular reviews and coaching sessions, and organizing sales activities such as customer meetings, events, and outreach campaigns. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing initiatives, product training, and service quality improvement.
Qualifications
Strong sales leadership skills, including team management, performance tracking, and target achievement.
Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Experience in health insurance or financial services, with understanding of insurance products, processes, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and planning abilities, including forecasting, territory planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work on-site in Karol Bagh, with strong time management, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
