Responsibilities:
System Development: Design, develop, and deploy systems for search and recommendation systems tailored to user preferences and behaviors.
Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and patterns that inform model development. Implement and test various search and recommendation algorithms to improve system performance.
Optimization and Scaling: Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability. Ensure systems can handle increasing volumes of data and user queries efficiently.
Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate these systems into the product, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in ML, data science, or a related field, with hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and improving search and recommendation systems (preferably for large-scale B2C companies).
Comfortable working 6 days a week.
Quick learner and technical problem-solving capabilities.
Prior experience working in fast-paced startups is a big plus.
