Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a solid working knowledge of TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL. You will contribute to the design and implementation of application features while working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Write clean, reliable, reusable, and efficient code as an active contributor to the development team.
Work with AWS services to support application deployment and day-to-day operations under senior guidance.
Design and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas, write optimized queries, and support performance tuning efforts.
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, escalating complex problems where needed.
Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to development workflows.
Collaborate with senior developers and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in full-stack development, with working proficiency in TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
TypeScript: Practical experience with Node.js and/or Next.js .
AWS: Working knowledge of core services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3
PostgreSQL: Experience with schema design, writing queries, and basic performance optimization.
Exposure to building AI applications or using MCP is a plus.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures is a plus (not mandatory).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on assigned features/modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to grow into more senior technical ownership.
Good communication skills, comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
