Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, voucher entries, and ledger maintenance using Tally.
Prepare, analyze, and present accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on a regular basis for leadership.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the timely processing of invoices, artist payouts, and vendor payments.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
Requirements:
1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
High proficiency in Tally (Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime) is mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for managing MIS and data analysis.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling financial data.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet strict financial deadlines.
Bonus: Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup, SaaS, or within the media/music industry.
