SDE 2 - Cloud

The Engineer in this job is expected to make the design (High level and Low level), own it end-to-end (depth) for a specific set of features while having breadth on the rest of the features and provide technical guidance for the Junior members in the team.
Responsibilities:
Feature development.
Peer Code and design review.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders (Dev and QA) on clarifying the requirements, resolving the dependencies, etc.
Oncall rotation.
Requirements:
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
4+ Years of working experience in Cloud development, handling large-scale deployment.
In-depth knowledge and working experience with AWS services (EC2 RDS, S3 IAM, EBS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFront, VPC, Auto Scaling, Global Accelerator, etc. ) are mandatory.
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Cloud application development, API development, Cloud deployment, and handling various AWS services (EC2 RDS, S3 IAM, EBS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFront, VPC, Auto Scaling, Global Accelerator, etc. ).
3+ years of experience in C/C++ development (MUST).
