Responsibilities:
Provide legal advisory on corporate, labour, and employment laws.
Draft and review contracts, including employment agreements, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
Manage litigation and dispute matters in coordination with external counsel.
Support clients with compliance, regulatory matters, and startup advisory.
Assist with intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
Mentor junior associates and manage multiple client engagements.
Requirements:
LL. B / LL. An M from a recognised university.
5- 7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal role.
Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.
Experience in corporate advisory, employment law, and litigation preferred.
Good communication skills.
Candidate should be open to travel in Delhi/NCR for the court Hearings.
